Charles Allen

With nearly a decade of legal experience, Charles Allen (or Charlie, as most know him) has established himself as a highly-skilled litigator and negotiator who acts as an unyielding advocate for his clients.  Over the course of his career, Charlie has represented thousands of clients and as a veteran trial attorney, he has successfully settled and/or tried hundreds of cases.  Charlie knows that no two situations are exactly the same, and he prides himself on blending his diverse legal background with a unique style of innovation to obtain the best possible outcome for each of his clients. 

 

Charlie began his legal career at the public defender’s office in Spokane, WA and after three years, he decided to move back home and accepted a job at the public defender’s office in Colorado Springs.  From the public defender’s office, Charlie spent 4 years at a private law firm expanding his skillset and working as both a criminal defense and a family law attorney.  Finally in 2023, Charlie decided it was time to pursue his lifelong dream of opening a solo practice, and thus The Allen Law Firm was born.  

 

When not practicing law, Charlie is a sports enthusiast and religiously follows all of the Colorado teams. He also enjoys spending time with his family and his new Bernese Mountain Dog, who, much to Charlie’s dismay, is not named Bernie.
